POL\u00cdTICA DE PRIVACIDAD Y PROTECCI\u00d3N DE DATOS PERSONALES – GAD PARROQUIAL TENIENTE MAXIMILIANO RODRIGUEZ LOAIZA<\/strong>\u00a0><\/p>\n

2. Finalidades:<\/strong> Los datos recolectados ser\u00e1n tratados para:<\/p>\n

a) Gesti\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites administrativos y servicios ciudadanos;<\/p>\n

b) Atenci\u00f3n de solicitudes, quejas y sugerencias;<\/p>\n

c) Cumplimiento de obligaciones legales y competencias atribuidas por el COOTAD.<\/p>\n

3. Base Legal:<\/strong> El tratamiento se legitima en el cumplimiento de una misi\u00f3n realizada en inter\u00e9s p\u00fablico y el ejercicio de poderes p\u00fablicos (Art. 7, num. 4 LOPDP).<\/p>\n

4. Tipos de Tratamiento y Conservaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Los datos ser\u00e1n objeto de recolecci\u00f3n, almacenamiento y organizaci\u00f3n. Se conservar\u00e1n durante el tiempo necesario para cumplir la finalidad del tr\u00e1mite y los plazos de conservaci\u00f3n documental legalmente establecidos.<\/p>\n

5. Derechos del Titular:<\/strong> Usted tiene derecho al acceso, rectificaci\u00f3n, actualizaci\u00f3n, eliminaci\u00f3n, oposici\u00f3n y anulaci\u00f3n de sus datos. Para ejercerlos, puede presentar su solicitud en nuestras oficinas o al correo electr\u00f3nico institucional.<\/p>\n

6. Seguridad:<\/strong> El GAD implementa medidas t\u00e9cnicas, organizativas y jur\u00eddicas para prevenir el acceso no autorizado, p\u00e9rdida o alteraci\u00f3n de su informaci\u00f3n, bajo los principios de confidencialidad y seguridad.<\/p>\n

7. Transferencias:<\/strong> No se realizar\u00e1n transferencias de datos a terceros, salvo aquellas exigidas por ley o por orden judicial debidamente motivada.<\/p>\n
